Happened one day in Reykjavík.

We passed Hallgrímskirkja on our way and for some reason there was this large group of bicyclists! They were all dressed up fine and had awesome bicycles but alas, I can't remember what the occasion was for. I asked the lady of this photo about it but apologies, between then and now I totally forgot. -.-

Getting ready. Aaaaannnnd -

GO!

  1. Stylishly clad people (and one naked green for emphasis). Maybe tweed run? They do it in finland too, but if i remember correctly, in the middle of winter.

    1. YEAH THAT'S WHAT IT WAS! Now I remember! :D

But wait, how do they do it in the middle of winter? Aren't they a) going to freeze to death and b) slip and fall and die?

  2. I don't know why they choose to do it in such a difficult way, but i guess it's some sort of commentary about being finnish. Here's photo:
