Still getting inspired by that retro challenge, this time the era is 1910-. Shorter hemlines that showed the ankle, less full skirts (to point hobbleskirt at one point), the mass of hair came down to the sides from on top of the head and clothing was multilayered, light and airy. This sounded like a suitable starting point for an otome outfit.
