Errr yes one more new dress. This one's also done with the same pattern as the previous two were, which goes to show that finding one easily variable pattern is worth gold and strawberries.
Flick! I only tied the "under ribbons" of the bonnet because the real ones make such a huge bow that it would have hidden a lot of the front. This gave me a pair of long, fluttery tails that were a bit too fun to play with. It wasn't too windy today - a little bit but not a storm or anything - but I was thinking that trying that downtown would have me tied up and tangled to every lamp post on the way.
Yup yup, still twiddling with them.
Backside.
Here's two more detail photos of the front of the dress. The rest of it is fairly simple, everything that's happening is happening in front.
Boob shot. Or shoe shot, whichever way you lean to. No outfit rundown cause it's all offbrand one way or another. :D
Now I'm making a headdress for this dress out of the same fabric - it's about time to bring those back in fashion no?
Ooh, lovely! You are a loli dress wizard!
ReplyDeleteThank you! :3 (In truth I'm just avoiding doing any real work but I'm glad it comes across as wizardry.)
DeleteIhana asu ja mekko jälleen kerran!
ReplyDeleteKiitosta! :) Täytyy taas loleilla rivakasti niin kauan kuin kesää ja säätä riittää.
DeleteWhat a gorgeous dress :)
ReplyDeleteThank you, I'm glad you like it. :) I'm going to give full credit to Burda for the awesome pattern though - who knew they're so versatile!
