To Jökulsárlón and back pt2.

Near Selfoss, early morning. A random lonely house in the middle of a field and in front of a beautiful mountain. Just another day in Iceland.

Morning mist somewhere before Vík. It reminded me strongly of that one epic trip to the Grímsfjall ashcloud but luckily this time it was only fog and not poisonous at all.

A very strange looking mountain near Hekla.

Hekla herself. I didn't at first think this would be her, but after comparing this photo to others of her I must suspect it's indeed Hekla.

Seljalandsfoss near Hveragerði. One of the most beautiful waterfalls in Iceland.

Proof that I was there! :D

This waterfall is special in that it's possible to go walk behind it. This time the path was so icy that none of us dared to walk down that hill because chances of getting back up were not that high.

Seagulls were nesting all around the waterfall.

The watery mist had frozen into interesting forms all around the waterfall.

This would be either Eyjafjallajökull or Mýrdalsjökull. Wind is throwing loose snow around at the top.

Awesome scenery on the road to Vík. The last time we were here we totally lost all the fancy scenes because of that ash cloud!

More of those awesome scenes.

Seljalandsfoss again, from the side and behind.
